Almost fully restored, but needs finishing off.24″ seat tube CTT, 23″ top tube CTC, 8 1/4″ head tube, has the sought-after 2-speed epicyclic chainset, 28″ wheels, needs brake shoes, bar grips, rod brakes need finishing off, paint needs touching up in places, (see photos).A great bike that could easily be a superb bike.
