Odyssey call all the other forks Classic, because they use the classic design of a fork leg parallel with the steerer tube and dropouts that create the offset of the axle position. The Director Fork S2 is anything but classic. While the Odyssey Director Forks may look different from what you are used to, the geometry and feel are an identical match with traditional forks. The axle is in the same position as it would be with a classic fork design.
