23″ Frame. Winter bike used for work and not used for 25 years +. 531 frame, Exage groupset fitted due to crappy Weinmann brakes etc. The bike is sold as frame only, although everything worked when laid up (in garage). If you can make use of anything else fitted then that’s a win for you. Assume tyres, brake blocks kaput.
