An aero bike that looks fast and is fast

Selling a super light, super fast AR1 felt carbon fire road bike. Built up with Dura Ace / Ultegra group set. 20 speed. Fizik bars. Overall, the bike is in good, smooth working condition.
The frameset alone cost 2500 new and is valued by bikelist as being worth 1050 used. The wheels are Mavik Alksium Elites (lighter than the regular aksiums) and have had about 8 months light use, the shifters and rear derailleur are Dura ace, and the cranks and brakes are Ultegra. The fizik white handle bar tape is relatively new (under 2 months) and still a clean white.
Second hand things to note (this is me nit picking and trying to give as much detail as possible)
The breaking isnt as sharp as Id personally like on the back brake. The back brake cables will need to be changed in the near future. Water marks shown on the frame is because I just gave it a hose down. These arent permanent. There are a few minor scuffs on the frame as expected with any used bike. Ive tried these to show these best on the photos. Th only serious mark being a scratch on the fork (as pictured), but this has caused no actual damage to the frame. A few more scruffs on the frame as shown in the photos. The shifters on the edge are also a little scratched from resting the bike on walls etc. Also to note the fizik saddle has a slight tear at the back, but still looks great.
The bike is incredibly lightweight and yet feels sturdy and responsive underfoot, and flies up the hills. Best upgrade would be a carbon wheel
