The Minoura VFS-GR Trainer is the latest version of the VFS combination fluid/magnetic trainer and is moving the game up a level. 7 level remote resistance adjustment offers up to the equivalent of 590W, the highest of any fluid trainer. The self-weight gravity frame places the riders weight onto the roller of the resistance unit, the rear tyre is then never under too little pressure, preventing premature tyre wear.
