I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGISE TO ALL THE PEOPLE WATCHING AND BIDDING ON MY AUCTION PREVIOUSLY.I had to end the listing early as I am unable to get the wheels sorted in time. I need to get a new freehub body and cassette but, I as I am now working my third week straight and havent had time to get them ready. I thought it only fair as that is what is stated in the description.
Trek Domane 4.3. Carbon Fibre/Shimano 105. 2013 model. Size 58.NB: THE MAVIC WHEELS SHOWN ON THE BIKE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE. I have owned this bike from new and was purchased from wheelbase.com for 1800.I am 6ft 1 and its perfect. The reason I bought this bike was because of its comfort over longer rides. It was a close runner up in the Bike of the Year review in 2013. You can see the reviews on YouTube. The last big ride I did on this bike was a weeks trek in 2016, from Verbier in Switzerland to London, riding approx 140-150 miles each day. The bike just ate the miles up. Prior to setting off it had a complete overhaul service with all components being well treated or replaced. It has been used very little since as I suffered a serious knee injury.It has been well loved, well looked after. It has a few marks here and there but nothing substantial. The bar tape could do with being replaced as is shown in the photos. There is a Duotrap sensor fitted (see pics), there is a compatible computer which I will include. Also included will be a smaller set of handlebars. Pedals are Shimano 105.The original wheels and saddle are long gone. Instead there is a very comfortable Specialized saddle with original carbon stem. The bike will be sold with a set of Fast Forward F2A wheels, which were 750 when brand new. These will need a little bit of attention which I will sort out to make them perfect. NOT THE MAVIC WHEELS SHOWN ON THE BIKE IN THE PHOTOS.
