Battery is a 36 volt 13Ah with high quality cells (I did a lot of research before buying & made sure I was getting a good quality battery) battery was correctly conditioned when new and has since only had 29 charge cycles. Also stored when not in use at to charge as recommended.built in USB charging or power port in battery case.Complete with charger.
5 levels of assist or ride on throttle only
7 gears with sis shifter chain sometimes comes off in 1st gear so may need some adjustments, the gears in first are very close to the hub motor to be honest I never used first gear and it’s never been a problem for me. It picks up so quickly with the 500 watts your into top gear in no time. you have to watch cars pulling out in front of you as they don’t expect a bike to be as quick and they think they have time.Also the plastic chain guard on the chain ring came off I didn’t get around to replacing it.
Hydraulic disk brakes which are excellent and needed for the 500w motor
Display screen is backlit on or off and displays batt capacity, power assist level, single trip time, total trip time, throttle display, push power assist, riding speed metric or imperial, max speed, average speed, distance metric or imperial, trip distance, total distance, batt voltage, batt watts, brake display.
All of the electrics have a protective spray on coating applied,
The battery is locked to the frame, 2 keys supplied.

I bought the bike new in June 2017 and used it for work during some major roadworks which I could bypass on the bike, I’m no longer using the bike and don’t want it sitting unused.
Cost me 875 a year ago and is in excellent condition never given me any problems.
