This was my son’s bike who has loving looked after it. Apart from a couple of very minor signs of use (see pictures) it is in excellent condition. My son, age 9, is moving on to a larger bike so has agreed to let me sell his bike to part fund the new bicycle!
Bike has had a deep clean and recent full service. Tyres have very little wear so are good for many hundreds of miles. Brakes work perfectly well and gear shifter shift gears smoothly with no jumping or missed gears. In The bell is also in good working order and like all junior riders yours will love ringing it at every opportunity.
Check online reviews for Islabikes who are generally very well reviewed. A new Beinn 20 (small) sells for 399 so grab yourself a bargain.
Bike will suit a junior rider age 5+ yrs with the following measurements (taken from Islabikes website). Min inside leg: 47cm; Max inside leg: 57cm and Approx min height: 112cm.
As a reference point my son (age 9) is 143cm tall and seat height is at max extension. I think this Beinn 20s bike will best suit riders who are under 140cm
