This a well-used and well-loved Sanderson Soloist Mountain Bike fitted with a Rohloff hub.
I am 5ft 10 and it fits me great.
The frame has some scratches consistent with normal use.
The internal hub has 14 evenly-spaced internal gears and, as far as can be seen, is in perfect condition (Rohloffs have a brilliant reputation for reliablility).
Tyres are tubeless, but currently fitted with tubes.
Includes a spare tyre, some tubeless accessories, plus some random hub accessories.
