I am selling my gold and black medium frame (I’m 5’10 and fits me well- probably 5’7- 5’11 would be the right size) 2012 Specialized Enduro Expert, it is in really good condition. A couple of paint chips (which have been painted over and a bit of scuffing here and there but as to be expected from a used bike of it’s age. Still looks extremely good especially with everying black and gold even the brakes. I think it has been invisiframed and helitaped by the previous owner who barely used it at all. I have owned it for around 5 years now and it has been used probably once every 2-3 months. Check out the spec via Specialized archive just type in 2012 Specialized Enduro Expert into Google. It has 26″ wheels, 170mm travel Fox 36 Van forks with 20mm x 110mm axle and a 170mm travel Fox DHX RC2 rear shock. Gears are 2×10 Sram XO and are working well. Hope Mono 6, 6 piston brakes with 203mm Hope Mono 6 rotors are extremely powerful brakes for decents. They have just been sent off to Hope directly for a full rebuild and bleed of each brake and replacement hoses. With these and the wheels it’s a total machine, takes up the big hits quite nicely and rolls well downhill and up. 2x 10 SRAM XO mechs and XX levers which do a great job and is great for climbing as well as descending (it is an Enduro bike after all) and it has a Gammut chain ring and tensioner it keeps it on the cogs really well. Never had any problems with it skipping gears. It’s an amazing bike and I am very sad to see it go but I recently lost my job so having to sell a few luxuries. It’s had little use over the years so is in pretty good condition as has always been kept in dry storage. I have upgraded the seat post to a Race Face one and upgraded stem and bars to Answer gold and black DH bars and an Answer ATAC 50mm stem, with Race face grips. Shimano Saint pedals are not included in sale. Hope Tech Enduro 26″ wheels run great and the rear hub makes the clicking sound that so many crave with these hubs, sounds ace!
