Heavy duty rear rack – with fitted Oxford rear light – (20 of extras being sold with this bike) readily takes panniers of any modern make. The Catseye front light or the paniers, seem in the photos, are not for sale with this bike.
Some rust on the handle bars as the bike has been standing in a garage for over a year.The lowest settings for seats are front: inside leg 21″ and stoker 20″. Suitable for Adults or children. I’m 5′ 6″ (1.68 Metres) and there’s plenty of ‘growing room’ – I used to take my youngest boy on the back, but loads of visitors of all shapes and sizes have taken this bike along the seafront and to Exeter of the bike trail. So whether you want to take the kids out or get your partner exercising or even have a comfy ride on today’s pot-holed roads – this machine is a must.. . . and a head-turner.
An absolute pleasure to ride, so much so that I got rid of all my solo bikes and only ride tandems now. So why am I selling? My wife is Serbian and will only ride my custom built BMX tandem because it’s like the ROG Pony bikes she used to ride in Yugoslavia (20″) wheels. – take a look at the last photo of her riding solo along the sea front in Exmouth.
Originally sold by Partridges of Exeter, this bike really needs to be used more now my kids have left home. I’m pushed for space to keep all three of my tandems and kayaks so I’ve agreed to sell them (please see my other items for sale- kayaks/SUP boards) if my wife gets rid of some shoes!!
